If I am interested in property in the Boise area, where do I start? We'll get together and listen carefully to what you’re looking for. We'll talk about whether you want to be in a subdivision, have views of the city, live near the river, in the country, or any number of variables. After the initial meeting, we’ll personally preview some properties and prepare information for you on the properties or land that best fit your criteria, filtering out those that are inappropriate.
How do you specialize in relocation services? It is not uncommon for most agents to juggle the demands of meeting clients, previewing and showing property, writing contracts, negotiating repairs, marketing homes, finding buyers, and successfully closing every transaction--alone.
Boise’s Best takes an innovative, team-based approach and we provide it to every client. Our staff is ready to assist you in everything from meeting you at the airport to recommending a good restaurant during your visit.
Before you come:
(a) We will mail you a comprehensive relocation packet to familiarize you with the Treasure Valley.
(b) We’ll preview homes that meet your criteria so we don’t waste your valuable time while you’re here.
(c) And when you’re ready to buy, even if you don't live in town, we handle the transaction every step of the way--at no cost to you.

I'm coming from out of town and don't have much time. We have many out of town clients and go the extra mile to cater to out-of-towners’ schedules. Will you show us only your properties or include those that are listed with other offices? We have access to all homes listed within the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and will happily show you any homes listed for sale in the Boise Metro area. Many homes are sold “For Sale by Owner" or using "flat-fee" services, and we can show you these as well.
I know what I want to buy. Now what do I do? I think we can recommend trusted real estate partners in Boise! Using approved Idaho Real Estate Commission forms, Leigh Wilson, Ed Elam and the transaction team help you prepare an offer, and we’re there every step of the way to coordinate this important real estate transaction.
